3. Orders

All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order (first name, date of birth, question, context, etc.).

No service will be delivered without prior payment.

4. Delivery Time

Standard readings are delivered within 24–48 business hours after receiving all required information.

• Express reading: delivered the same day if ordered before 3 PM, otherwise the next day

• Astrology chart readings: delivered within 4 business days, unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellation & Refunds

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized digital services requested by the client are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

No claims will be accepted after the service has been delivered, except in the case of a clear error.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in euros (€), VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment is made online through the methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
